The new year, and the one we leave behind.

So, this year hasn't been the greatest ever... but I don't think I could pick a year out of all the years I have lived that was "great".  There has always been challenges, but I never thought that through everything the world would just continue to move on.  I don't wish for an amazing upcoming year, but I do wish for an average year.  Average is better than great, I think that average describes me better than any other word.  Because with Average, there is no peak.  That's what I like about average, it's steady, calm.  But I know that nothing is average, and that this year will be a great adventure, not as great an adventure as Lord of the Rings, or Harry Potter, or twilight (?), but it's an Adventure.

    Hello dear girl,
    Personally, I thought 2010 sucked (a lot), so I think I will hope for "above-average" for 2011. Maybe at least a B+ year.
    And while you are steady and calm, you KNOW you are far from a*v*e*r*a*g*e. Because I said so.
